AMD Portraits

douglasA Kent artist has painted a collection of portraits to promote AMD awareness by attempting to show how an AMD patient might see themselves 'through the fog of their partial blindness.'

An exhibition of Adam Hahn's work will be exhibited at Mascalls Gallery in Paddock Wood, Kent from June 13-17. Hahn became interested in AMD after his grandmother began suffering from the condition at the end of her life. 'It was my way of trying to investigate further what she could see,' he said.
