Burglars targeting the home of Richard Karp who runs Zen Optical, UK agents for several eyewear brands, have stolen between 800 and 1,000 pair of optical frames and sunglasses.

The only items taken in the raid, which happened over the weekend of November 29-30 were the frames which Karp values at approximately £15,000 at cost to the optician.

Among the stolen items were frames bearing the branding of Oliviero Contini, K actor, Oscar and Fitch and Max Eyewear, some of whose frames have the Romeo and Juliet logo.
