The main purpose of this role is to maximise customer service, sales and profit through the recruitment, development, coaching and leadership of branch teams to enable them to deliver excellent customer service, exceptional business results and manage controllable costs.
To this end, they would like to recruit a Branch Manager to be responsible for the day to day running of one of their practices in Essex.
