Your role is to deliver exceptional customer service every day. To meet and exceed the customers needs. To demonstrate our company philosophy of, total customer satisfaction.
To work with the team assisting customers, offering advice and product knowledge on all types of eyewear.
To provide professional support and guidance to the team and be responsible for all dispenses.Requirements*To develop the competency of the team by giving guidance, advice, support in dispensing and coaching through the development path.
*To ensure that all customer concerns relating to dispensing problems are satisfactorily resolved in order to minimise remakes, rechecks and refunds.
*To ensure that all spectacles and appliances provided meet the required Vision Express and international standards.
*Check all completed jobs against original prescription, including NHS Paperwork
*To ensure that all Vision Express customers receive exceptional service thorough dispensing in a professional manner and as quickly, amicably and efficiently as possible.
*To fulfil any clinical duties such as dispensing children and partially sighted customers in a clear and professional manner.
*To clearly and accurately complete all Vision Express patient records and any additional supplementary records.
*To continually gain product knowledge and strive to ensure participation in all available training programmes, seminars and company organised CET.
*To communicate any information to store management that may either affect quality or customer service.
*To communicate clearly and courteously with all Vision Express personnel and to strive to produce a harmonious and productive working relationship with all vision express staff.
*To play an active role in the provision of in-store training for staff in all areas of Dispensing.
