Situated in the South East London / Kent area, this is a very busy, high end independent practice, which takes a great pride in offering a top quality service to all of its patients.
A vacancy currently exists for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join the team. The position is more likely to suit a recently qualified Dispenser, though more experienced individuals are more than welcome to apply. This is a pure dispensing role, with no managerial responsibilities. The ability to carry out basic glazing and repair work would be a distinct advantage for candidates.
The practice is open 6 days a week, normal working patterns would require Saturday working, with a day off midweek in lieu.
An attractive package, commensurate with experience to date, will be offered to the successful candidate.
The owner is also happy to consider applications from Pre Registration Dispensers who need to complete their final year. The salary on offer would be reduced to reflect your non qualified status, and you would be expected to agree to commit yourself to the practice for a minimum period (to be agreed), after you become FBDO registered.
