Our client, a reputable optical and hearing company is seeking a Practice Manager in East London.
Established since 1938, this company has over 130 of branches covering a network of the Midlands, North, South and East of England.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for performing a fully comprehensive management role, supervising staff, driving business growth and ensuring the smooth and profitable running of the practice. You will ideally be a fully qualified Dispensing optician yet consideration will be given to experienced retail managers with optics experience as they recognise the importance of excellent retail and customer care achievements.
The successful candidate will have technical, commercial and managerial skills in order to drive an efficient and effective branch. This may also appeal to strong candidates with supervisory experience looking for their first step into management.
