This Independent has total freedom to purchase the very best designer frames and is a specialist opticians. They pride themselves on providing a wide selection of designer glasses and sunglasses. They have an on-site glazing laboratory which offers a one hour service.
As the full time Dispensing Optician you will be responsible for dispensing glazing Nidek equipment, working closely with the Optometrists during the handover stage, ensuring the patient understands their prescription, providing advice on new frames and the best lenses for your prescription spectacles, providing them with a range of options to suit. The company has a progressive approach to new technology and products, applicants must be like minded.
You must be an experienced, fully qualified Dispensing Optician, although consideration will be given to Newly Qualified Dispensing Opticians. You must be patient focused, have commercial awareness, combined with clinical skills, to drive the business forward. Excellent product knowledge on frames and lenses is also important, as you will have access to an excellent range of designer eyewear.
