Job Description:
This unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager with very strong dispensing skills to drive a team of 6 experienced and dedicated staff from the front. Your role will consist of always ensuring store standards are maintained, with tight operational controls whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Naturally you'll be commercially aware and the ability to problem solve. You'll have the drive and vision to develop a profitable and successful business. You'll need to focus on developing talent within your store and you'll be the kind of manager that doesn't sit back and accept what is given to you. You will do what it takes to get the job done, will ensure the highest levels of customer care are delivered and maintained in your store.
