We recognise you are a Business Manager. You will be responsible for maximising customer service and sales through the recruitment, development, coaching and leadership of branch teams to enable them to deliver the very best service levels.

Optical experience is not necessarily essential as training will be provided. More importantly you are commercially switched-on, understand the retail market and are able to turn customer service excellence into profit. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience, and experience of driving business performance in a retail environment.
