Job Description:
Your job will be to motivate and develop the team always ensuring store standards are maintained, with tight operational controls whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Naturally you'll be commercially aware, with strong business and change management experience. You'll have the drive and vision to develop a profitable and successful business. You'll need to focus on developing talent within your store and you'll be the kind of manager that doesn't sit back and accept what is given to you. You will do what it takes to get the job done, will ensure the highest levels of customer care are delivered and maintained in your store
