I popped along to the Odeon Esher last night to see An Education with Mrs Optician Editor and very good it was too.Along with the delightful Jenny (Carey Mulligan) and Rosamund Pike playing the fantasically airheaded Helen was Peter Sarsgaard as the charming, but dastardly, David.
The sets were fabulous as were the cars and the conjured repression of post-war Britain. But what caught my eye was some fantastic eyewear. Both Jenny and Helen got through a succession of super sunglasses while Olivia Williams( Miss Stubbs) sported some frames appeared to have been loaned by the Kray twins.
Random question: I am just starting my blog, but how did you start gaining readership? was it just natural? I mean how did people start finding you?
OK, first I'd like to say that An Education in eyewear - The Big Optometry Blog is good and we need more sites like it. Don't mean to get off on any tangents but health insurance reform, earth quakes, cheating celebs, arg!!! I escape by reading posts like this. Peace out.
