Boots Opticians offers designer discount

Boots Opticians has offered customers 25% off all designer sunglasses, including Ray-Ban, Ted Baker, Mulberry and Chloe, from April 24 until July 16.

Aspinal London’s Palermo, Ted Baker’s Suzy and Botaniq’s BIS7025 were highlighted among the hundreds of other styles available as part of the promotion.

Ahead of Sun Awareness Week on May 6-12, Boots Opticians optometrist Opinder Malhi also shared the importance of wearing sunglasses outside for consumers.

‘It’s important that you wear sunglasses when outdoors to protect the eyes, even when it’s cloudy. Damage from UV light in the eyes can lead to issues such as cataracts or age-related macular degeneration,’ Malhi said.
