British brands lead for Fabris

BEN SHERMAN FABRIS LANECool Britannia was the rallying cry for Fabris Lane at Silmo with its Ben Sherman brand leading the way with mod chic and British style.

The 2016 collection sports the brand’s button up logo and Sherman’s trademark check patterns. The collection features 14 sun and 10 opticals with monel steel (BEN006) and handmade acetates (BEN002) in bold rectangular looks.

Another British brand being showcased by Farbis Lane is Animal. It has its roots in Dorset in the late 80s and has since become a firm favourite with the surf and street sport fraternity and Fabris has announced an optical collection from the brand.

The collection sports 51 acetate and stainless steel unisex styles while the sun collection consists of 36 styles with 15 premium plastic and 11 metals, all have with polycarbonate or polarised lenses. Both collections feature primary coloured touches and sports influenced features including rubber ear tips and nose bridges.

Fabris Lane’s foray into the youth market is to be led by the music industry brand, Hook LDN. This forms a new eyewear brand created for the younger wearer and looks to the brand’s heritage in the music and festival scene.

The collection has been designed to appeal to a style conscious audience, said Fabris, which uses vibrant pop colours and classic shaped frames. The range also includes two clear styles for a more minimal look. There are six different styles within the 32 piece acetate range. The range is equally split into optical and sun.
