Specsavers celebrated the graduation of 110 of its employees from its scheme

Specsavers celebrated the achievements of 110 of its employees who graduated from its Pathway programme for those who wished to become a partner at the multiple.

An event held at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham also recognised the achievements of those who had completed the Btec Level 4 Hearing Care Assistant Diploma.

Founder Dame Mary Perkins presented the graduates with their certificates and three learner of the year awards were also handed out.

Henna Sarwar, Pathway graduate and the newly appointed retail partner in Specsavers Acocks Green, said: ‘Having a goal to be a store partner is one thing but being provided with the tools and knowledge to reach and excel is something Specsavers has achieved without leaving any stone unturned.’
