As well as delivering exceptional clinical service we are looking for Optometrists who are prepared to go the extra mile and provide outstanding customer care, in what only can be described as a unique and buzzing environment.

You should be passionate about self development, keeping your knowledge and skills up to date to ensure that your customers receive the best possible eye care.

Dedicated to providing customers with great value optical products that meet their needs, you'll train, coach and motivate your colleagues to do the same.

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for providing eye tests, contact lens fits, aftercare and working with the Dispensing Optician to ensure the clinics run efficiently whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care.
• You will also be responsible for training, validating and coaching colleagues for delegated functions.

Qualifications:
• You must be registered with the General Optical Council as a fully qualified optometrist and be on track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continued Education & Training (CET).
• You must also be appropriately listed and with a local PCT (in England) or Health Board in the location in which you are applying (Scotland & Wales).
