The main purpose of this role is to maximise customer service, sales and profit through the delivery of outstanding eyecare, together with the development, leadership and coaching of your team, to deliver exceptional business results. To this end, they would like to recruit a full time Optometrist to work from one of their practices in South Devon.
As an Optometrist working for the company, you would benefit from an attractive package, which includes (amongst other things)
1. A basic salary, dependent upon experience, of up to 40k
