An excellent role has arisen with our client for a full time optometrist to work a Monday-Friday week with never any weekends involved!
This company provides community eye care to the region, bringing urgently needed services to those unable to attend a high street practice. They offer an excellent salary, and one of the best bonus structures available, with Optometrists earning 20k on top of their salary on average. The bonus structure is such that you achieve bonus no matter what you dispense- so it is very different from the type of Optometrist position where you labour under high targets with no reward.
