Their practice is fully equipped with modern equipment, and there is no time pressure imposed upon optometrists - average testing time is 40 minutes.
They would like to recruit an additional part time optometrist to join the team, working three days a week, ideally Monday, Tuesday and Friday. There may also be the requirement to work one Saturday (morning only) per month.
