Independent practice in Oxford would like to recruit an Optometrist to join their team. Ideally working 3 days a week (to include at least alternate Saturdays), although a full time position could be considered for the right candidate.
The practice does a lot of Contact Lens work, and so candidates must have a keen interest in, and experience of, this particular speciality.
Newly qualified Optometrists would be considered for the position, provided they are able to demonstrate the levels of professionalism and patient care needed in an independent practice with a loyal patient base.
Whilst very much a long term prospect, (as the present owners have no intention of hanging up whatever it is that Optometrists hang up when they retire), there is the possibility of partnership for anyone interested in developing an interest in this direction.
