As a D.O. Practice Manager, you will provide outstanding customer care, and a professional optometry service that exceeds the expectations of your customers. You’ll be focused on delivering our client's vision and purpose in line with our strategy. Excellent customer care will drive profitable sales. Your behaviour, interpersonal and professional skills will help your customers to have the best possible eye sight, to enhance the our client's brand. The customer and patient are everything to you, and you’ll create a culture that’s passionate about doing the right thing for them.
You’ll build practice teams with the attitude and capability to provide outstanding customer experiences, coaching and developing talent to ensure people can deliver operational standards and the practice activity plan. You’ll also put pipeline plans in place to ensure talent is developed, and ensure the right people are in place to delight customers and the professional service is safe and efficient.
You’ll ensure your practice complies with relevant legislation and company procedures. You’ll also work to improve professional practice and standards to demonstrate clinical governance. You’ll plan resources to meet the changing needs of the business, providing clarity and focusing on what’s important. You’ll ‘own your patch’, and gather useful intelligence about competitor activity.
