Miru 1day Flat Pack Toric
Menicon has announced the launch of its Miru 1day Flat Pack toric lens for September 1. The company says that the product offers the ultimate in contact lens convenience, designed with the wearer and environment in mind. It incorporates Menicon’s Smart Touch and Smart Fit technologies. Smart Touch aims to ensure the wearer only touches the outer surface of the lens for an easier, more hygienic handling experience. Smart Fit is claimed to naturally orientate the lens correctly no matter which way the lens is applied. To help look after the environment, Miru 1day lenses use 80% less plastic than some other daily disposable lenses.

Biotrue Oneday is promoted by Bausch + Lomb as the lens with the most moisture because it is said to maintain almost 100% of moisture for a full 16 hours. The Biotrue Oneday for astigmatism parameter range has recently been expanded to 2538 parameters, which represents a 66% increase from October 2019.
