Lenses: Driving on forward

The Zone Drive lens is a varifocal driving lens designed for optimal vision when driving. According to Caledonian, the Zone Drive lens incorporates a power distribution adapted specifically for vehicle operators and functions under any light conditions to help reduce eye fatigue and improve visual fields of the car dashboard and other road users.

Zone Drive has been developed in Caledonian’s Aberdeen laboratory and is said to offer a wider distance vision of almost 180° alongside a profile that helps to reduce glare from other cars and the effects of night myopia.

RoadPilot lenses from Essilor are said to offer visual comfort for drivers to help enhance their confidence and performance while driving on the road, particularly at night time.
