Chichester is the only city in the county of West Sussex and is the home to a 12th century cathedral. Famous for its Roman history, the city’s optical services are also a stand out feature.

Emma Stickland, co-owner of The Richard Tildesley Practice, thinks Chichester is a fabulous town to live in. ‘It’s pretty vibrant, the high street is usually packed at lunch time. It’s an affluent area of West Sussex with a theatre and lots of independent shops. There are developments planned to expand the town including a new bypass, which not everyone is happy about. The town has an older than average age range but has students too as the university gets bigger every year.’
