Patient presentation

The OCT image above is of a 58-year-old female patient who has been visually asymptomatic, with good vision. She now reports a sudden loss of vision affecting the upper centre field, which is confirmed with testing to confrontation. Snellen visual acuity is 6/24 and there is no improvement with pin hole.
