Student DOs have been asked to book the autumn term off work
Student dispensing opticians have been asked to book the autumn term off work for online sessions by the Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) College.
ABDO College explained that after considering guidance, it would only deliver online learning during the autumn term block in order for students to continue studying without risk.
Steve Hertz, head of operations at ABDO College, said: ‘We feel very confident in moving to this solution which keeps all students and staff as safe as physically possible, our number one priority. Students and employers will also benefit from saving on travel and accommodation at a challenging time.’
