ABDO reopens NRC

The Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) has reopened its National Resource Centre with measures in place to ensure the safety of its users.

All staff at the venue have completed infection prevention and control training, with measures introduced such as contactless sign in, hand sanitising stations and protective desktop screens installed.

Mat Stringer, operations manager of the National Resource Centre, said: ‘PPE will be provided for all events as well as hand sanitising stations throughout the centre. Communal areas have been adapted to adhere to social distancing. Perspex screens have been fitted in areas where necessary. You can be confident that the NRC is a safe place for your events and training. Your health and wellbeing is our top priority.’
