Alcon has been recognised as a Top Employer in Europe this year.
Offices in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Russia, Spain and Switzerland were certified by the Top Employers Institute due to high scores in all survey categories, including talent strategy, leadership development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning and career and succession management.
