Australian wildfires

Specsavers have pledged to donate $5 from every purchase made in its Australian stores this month to support Australians impacted by the ongoing wildfires.

Stores have also been provided with vouchers which can be exchanged for a pair of spectacles with lenses and lens options. Staff have been instructed to give these vouchers to customers who have lost their glasses because of the bushfires.

‘It doesn’t matter where you are in Australia or across the globe; we are all united by the will to support the people and the towns that have been affected by the horrific bushfires,’ said Paul Bott, Specsavers’ general manager for optics in Australia and New Zealand.
