B+L extends its Range of Powers for Biotrue ONEday for Astigmatism.

Bausch+Lomb has announced an extension to its Range of Powers available for Biotrue ONEday for Astigmatism.

The addition of the new cyl -2.25 to the early access range that was launched in October 2017 is now obtainable to practitioners. The technology is made up of 78% water and helps to form a dehydration barrier that helps the lens retain 98% of its moisture.

Amy Rothwell, Bausch+Lomb business unit head of the UK and Ireland, said: ‘We are delighted that practitioners will now be able to fit a larger number of patients with Biotrue ONEday for Astigmatism, providing these patients with consistently clear vision and comfort throughout the day.’
