Boots Opticians to allow its patients to rate the services they receive
Boots Opticians has partnered with independent healthcare review website iWantGreatCare to allow its patients to rate the services they receive.
The multiple has become the first national optician chain to offer a nationwide public-facing independent healthcare feedback service. All of Boots Opticians’ practices and a number of optometrists and contact lens opticians are available to rate on the website.
Boots said it would use the feedback provided by patients to identify areas of care that need improvement.
