Clamp Optometrists in Cambridge has won the Eye Care Specialists of the Year accolade at the 2020 Cambridgeshire Prestige Awards in recognition of its customer service and experience.
The awards celebrate small and medium-sized business in the region that have excelled in marketing, business growth methods and customer experience.
Mitesh Gandhi, optometrist and clinical director at Clamp Optometrists, said: ‘We all work tirelessly every day to try and deliver excellent clinical care and attention to detail, so it's a great privilege to be recognised across the Cambridgeshire area with this award.’
The independent, which is part of the Hakim Group, has practised in Cambridge city centre for 100 years and has made efforts to accommodate for more patients by opening on evenings and weekends.
David Arnott, practice manager and director at Clamp Optometrists, said: ‘Offering Sunday and late-night appointments during the week is all about providing our patients with as much flexibility as possible, which we believe only enhances the patient experience that we offer.’
