CooperVision has brought forward the launch of its new eLearning platform to support contact lens training for staff during the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
The CooperVision Learning Academy is a free-to-access website that hosts online courses, which are designed to develop communication, clinical and technical skills.
Pauline Bradford, professional services consultant and learning academy project manager at CooperVision, said: ‘Covid-19 is having a significant impact on the industry right now. While we focus on uninterrupted supply of product to customers we also want to offer additional services in the form of bite-sized, educational material to those in the optical world who may have more time on their hands in the coming weeks.’
