Dean Butler has been awarded the Proctor & Gamble McElroy Award for 2019.
Having been director of Eyeto since 2015, Butler was the founder of LensCrafters in the USA in 1983 and Vision Express in 1998.
The award panel described Butler as a visionary leader and that he brought pioneering changes to the US retail eyewear market.
