Dunelm Optical has released 15 frames for its 2016 Retro range. The designs have been constructed from acetate and lightweight metal and follow the trend for bold, thick frames, Dunelm said.
Frame style Retro 347 incorporates a wood-effect front with metal temples, while, the Retro 345 frame sports a cat’s eye profile with a choice of side patterns including animal print and floral designs.
The range includes round frames, such as Retro 349 in cobalt blue. Bold colour options are offered on the Retro 340, with its burnt orange sides with tortoiseshell accents.
Dunelm managing director Peter Beaumont said: ‘The Retro collection has taken inspiration from current trends which is key to its popularity among a young, fashion-focused customer base.’
