Eyespace agrees frame deal with Jaguar Land Rover

Eyewear supplier agrees first licensing deal

British eyewear supplier Eyespace has made the move into brand licensing after a new partnership was agreed with Jaguar Land Rover.

The company said the new ranges of ophthalmic frames and sunglass styles, which will be available to independent opticians from January 2018, brought together technical innovation and high-style aesthetics under the Land Rover and Range Rover labels.

The first collection will be a range of 20 Land Rover sunglass styles, with an ophthalmic selection following soon. A luxury Range Rover collection was slated for release in 2018.

Lindsay Weaver, branded goods and licensing director at Jaguar Land Rover said: ‘We are delighted to announce this collaboration. Our shared passion for great British design and technical performance makes Eyespace an obvious choice for us to partner with.’
