Glasgow Specsavers bounces back

A Specsavers practice in Glasgow has secured a new location following a devastating fire last month.

The multiple’s Sauchiehall Street practice has secured a new home at the Buchanan Galleries shopping centre, where it will re-open next month.

Optometrist director Sarah Freel said: ‘The fire was a devastating blow for everyone who worked at Sauchiehall Street but we’ve worked hard to turn things around and are delighted to be returning to the high street so soon.

‘Buchanan Galleries is a prime location just along the road from our former store, and we can’t wait to welcome our customers there in June. Those who require eye examinations in the meantime will continue to be invited to other nearby stores where they can expect the same first-class service.
