Haag-Streit: Myopia management

Haag-Streit has announced the release of its myopia management device, Lenstar Myopia, for the UK market.

Lenstar Myopia comprises the Lenstar 900 optical biometer alongside the EyeSuite Myopia software, allowing it to assist eye care practitioners with the early detection of myopia via precision measurements of the axial length. Keratometry, refraction data and customisable progression reports are also built into the software.

Lenstar Myopia’s graphic visualisations can be used as educational tools for patients during consultations and are based on research into refractive progression trends, axial length growth of the eye and environmental factors.
