Hakim webinars: Communication

Two Hakim Group webinars addressed the importance of communication during the coronavirus pandemic last week as part of the organisation’s #StrongerTogether programme.

The first was hosted by international best-selling author Phil M Jones and was entitled ‘Change your Words, Change your World.’ Jones highlighted how language can dictate positive outcomes in situations and gave tips on how listeners could change their leadership style at work and in the home.

Nigel Risner, an author and performance coach, hosted another webinar entitled ‘Communication in Difficult Times’. Risner presented his zoo keeper theory that was meant to assist listeners in having productive but difficult questions.
