New hearing care role created at Scrivens
Increased demand for hearing care provision at Scrivens has resulted in the creation of a hearing professional services and training manager position, which has been filled by audiologist and trainer Kirran Saimbi.
Scrivens said it had appointed 25 new hearing aid dispensers in the past 12 months. Saimbi will build on this by shaping and delivering training for the company’s foundation degree students and support its audiologists. Her experience included time at Hidden Hearing and at Boots Hearing Centre, joining as an audiologist and subsequently taking on roles in clinical support, auditing and peer training.
Saimbi said: ‘It is important for the new generation coming through that they receive quality training to develop professionally.’
