J&J announces availability of Acuvue Oasys with Transitions in the UK
Johnson & Johnson has announced the national availability of Acuvue Oasys with Transitions Light Intelligent Technology in the UK.
The UK will be the first market in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions to make the contact lens, which is the first of its kind to be able to adapt to light conditions, widely available.
Director for the Northern European Cluster and general manager for the UK & Ireland at Johnson & Johnson Vision Jakob Sveen said: ‘We are excited to bring Acuvue Oasys with Transitions Light Intelligent Technology to the UK. We believe this technology will be a game changer for the health and eye care industries, giving contact lens wearers superior visual performance over any other contact lens on the market.’
