Leightons launches eyewear collection

The independent group has designed its own brand of frames

Leightons has launched its own collection of eyewear that it said was created with experience and understanding of personal tastes and requirements.

Its Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow (YTT) brand featured classic silhouettes and iconic styles that have been made relevant and fresh for today, the independent group said.

Frames have been made from laminated acetates or metal with hand painted enamel and were available in vibrant colours with branded lettering on the hinge and temple tip.

Leightons explained that YTT was designed with almost 100 years of eyewear experience, with an understanding of today’s needs while thinking about what emerging techniques and materials could be used.
