Majority of drivers fail to wear glasses when driving

​Approximately 80% of drivers who require glasses don't wear them to drive

Approximately 80% of drivers who require glasses or contact lenses have not worn them when behind the wheel.

A survey commissioned by charity Sightsavers discovered that more than a third of UK drivers who need to wear glasses or contact lenses by law said they forgot to wear them most days and 27% forgot every week.
