Marcolin Group announces operational changes regarding Giovanni Zoppas
Marcolin Group has announced that Giovanni Zoppas has left his responsibilities at the Group but will remain as a director of the board.
Zoppas will move to work as CEO and general manager at Thélios, the joint venture established by Marcolin with the LVMH Group.
This decision has been made as part of an agreed-upon plan between the two parties and was made with the intention of maximising the overall value of Marcolin Group.
