Millmead Optical Group has achieved an ‘One to Watch’ accreditation from employee engagement specialists Best Companies.
The accreditation certifies the company with a Business Confidence Index score of over 600, and represents ‘good’ levels of workplace engagement, based on anonymous opinion surveys from employees, according to Best Companies.
Millmead Optical Group’s HR manager Gemma Heston commented on the win: ‘Our staff completed the ‘B-Heard Survey’ which measures engagement levels within the workplace and provides an insight into the culture, leadership and management of the organization. We are delighted that our hard work in investing in staff welfare and workplace protocols has been given this recognition.
