Menicon launches silicone hydrogel daily disposable contact lens
Menicon has launched its first silicone hydrogel daily disposable contact lens for the UK market.
The Miru 1day Upside has been created using the brand’s Menisilk Air, NanoGloss Pro and SmartTouch technologies and has a smooth surface that features a low friction wettable surface. It has been given the name Upside due to the lens being presented in the packaging as always facing the right way up, so patients can remove and insert it without touching the inner surface.
The lens will be unveiled at Optrafair between March 30-April 1.
