​Heidelberg Engineering grows customer experience team to support new clients

Heidelberg Engineering has expanded its Hemel Hempstead-based customer experience team to support growing numbers of users, including new clients from multiple Specsavers.

After five years with the company, Emily Malbon has been promoted to market manager and will lead the expanded team which brings together marketing and customer experience.

‘Heidelberg Engineering is well known for the gold standard customer experience in the service we offer. We have doubled the number of staff that make up our customer experience team in a commitment to continue to provide the high-quality support and tailored education,’ said Malbon.

Elsewhere, Elizabeth Taylor has been handed the role of marketing communications coordinator and will oversee educational events and exhibitions.
