No7 hires Ian Sexton

No7 has appointed contact lens optician Ian Sexton as its new clinical support manager.

Sexton, formerly lead visiting tutor at City University, will work alongside professional services manager Katie Harrop.

He will work four days a week for No7 and continue to practice one day a week in Essex.

Sexton has hosted No7 Masterclass courses and irregular cornea workshops focusing on scleral lenses.

He said: ‘I am really looking forward to supporting practices with specialist contact lens fitting and Ortho-k. These lenses are a valuable part of differentiation on the high street.

‘My work will largely be focused on enabling the practitioner to easily fit complex eye conditions – particularly as more patients are devolved from hospital care.’
