Firms wins Direct Commerce Association award for customer service

In its 30th anniversary year The Outside Clinic has won the Direct Commerce Association (DCA) Outstanding Customer Service Award.

A judging panel was impressed with the home visiting firm’s high standards of care, professional backup and pioneering approaches to healthcare delivery.

Helen Francis, head of patient contact at The Outside Clinic, said: ‘We are extremely proud of the service we provide for people who are unable to access services in the high street. It’s fantastic to receive this public recognition of the dedication and commitment of our teams.’
