Research partnership

The Centre for Ocular Research and Education (CORE) and Myopia Profile have announced a partnership aimed at expanding the services and reach of each organisation.

The announcement explained that Myopia Profile would bring expertise in speciality lenses, scleral contact lenses and orthokeratology to CORE.

Myopia Profile, the childhood myopia management resource, secured access to CORE’s clinical research site as a result of the deal, which also expanded its ability to provide education for patients.

Core’s director, Dr Lyndon Jones, said: ‘We have long been aware of synergies in our work, along with areas where we can each extend the capabilities of the other.’
