Scottish Optical Express surgery clinics rated Exceptional

Optical Express’ Scottish surgery clinics have been rated as Exceptional by Healthcare Improvement Scotland.

Inspectors were impressed with the clinics’ excellent service, leadership and by the way the teams involve carers and families in patients’ care.

Optical Express’ clinical services director Stephen Hannan said: ‘These Exceptional ratings are a testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our clinical teams. I’m really pleased that colleagues are being recognised in this way by the regulator. This vote of confidence in our Scottish clinics backs up our conviction that our clinics have the potential to deliver even more services to communities across the UK.’
